Time tracking software for the construction industry can be intrusive, draining mobile battery and cellular data. I managed the development of bespoke internal software that allowed project managers and executives to track, filter and manage labour costs.

Interface: A mobile first web application for project managers to confirm and submit workers hours. Project managers are now able to spend less time tracking working hours which leads to an increase in their work efficiency.

Interface: A web application for internal stakeholders to view and filter data. This drastically increases payroll workflows while keeping track of budgets and other custom filters.

Leading the development was challenging yet rewarding as the company has seen an increase in performance and efficiency company wide.
